Our Story

The Ricochet is a feeling. Like moving from coast to coast, dancing in the golden sunset, the crisp chill of the first frost, kissing your daughter's cheek, savoring the perfect slice, and staying for another drink.

The Ricochet is a neighborhood pizza place in the Derry Meadows Shoppes: a real bar, the game on, kids welcome, and pizza that's worth the drive. We make our dough every day and bake every pie on the stone.

What goes in

We don't cut corners on the stuff you can taste. Here's some of what's in the kitchen:

King Arthur flourSir Lancelot high-gluten flour for a dough that's crisp outside, chewy inside.
Grande cheeseWhole-milk mozzarella and ricotta from Grande, plus Calabro fresh mozzarella.
Two kinds of tomatoesLa Valle DOP San Marzanos for our marinara. Our pie sauce tomatoes are a secret, but trust us: they're some of the best out there, and they're organic.
Our own pepperoniAn old world pepperoni made just for us. You won't find it on any other pizza.
Allen Brothers beefAngus beef from one of the best-known names in American meat.
